Sitting...with help

Within the past couple weeks, the girls have changed from wanting be held facing us (snuggling) to wanting to face away from us so they can see everything. We often take walks through the house and they are amazed at every room we enter...looking all around. They also recently began wanting to sit up - Allison raises her head whenever she is lying down trying to do it herself. So we decided to try the Bumbo seat. The girls aren't ready to sit in the seat for very long as their heads still bobble a bit, but here are a couple pictures of them sitting. (They're growing up so quickly!)

On Easter I wanted to take their picture in their Easter bibs. However, when a bib is placed around Ashley's neck she thinks it's time to eat, and she wasn't too happy when a bottle didn't follow. And Allison... well she's still checking out the ceiling fan. Trying another position - Ashley's still not too happy about no bottle

My Dad and Grandma visited this week. The last time my Dad visited, the girls slept almost the whole day - not anymore! They were awake and playing most of the day. Here are pictures of my Dad and Grandma, both holding Allison.
